Country Classics Farm was established in 1981 as a working berry farm; and, has been responsible for providing outstanding bakery products since 1985. Our specialty is desserts and candies. Our WSDA licensed baking and processing facility is located on our farm in rural Centralia, Washington. We look forward to serving you with our time-tested, family recipes and our own original fudge recipes.
Today we grow Cascade blackberries, boysenberries, loganberries. We are currently planting rhubarb.
We have been farming for 29 years, baking for 25! As we near retirement age, we are simply downsizing - not quitting!! Look for us in the 2010 season at the historic Centralia Farmers Market and the Lacey Community Market. We look forward to seeing you there!!
