We have made candy from the beginning - 1985, but in 1993 we really got serious about it.  Russ took over the chocolate work - he has a natural talent for it and found it stress relieving, in addition to being enjoyable work.  We were fortunate to attend the West Coast Candy Show and Workshops in Los Angeles that year and made many great contacts in the candy industry and took some very valuable classes. 

Originally, we fashioned handmade chocolates and molded chocolates presenting them in fancy candy boxes - 1/2 pound or pound.  We continued to produce the homemade fudges, brittles and toffees that we had grown up with in our respective families.  In 2001, as the demand for fudge, brittles and toffees increased and the price of packaging increased right along with it, we came up with the idea of putting candy in plastic drink cups; hence, Chocolates-2-Go!  Not only is it easier and more cost effective, it is fun - these cups of candy fit in the cup holder of your car!!
