In 1985 the bakery at Country Classics Farm was started.  We began catering small events and providing specialty baked goods to local customers.  The following year we began selling in farmers markets, first in Chehalis,then in Olympia.  Twenty-four years later, we are still going strong, having expanded both the farm and the bakery to offer quality home grown and home baked products.  Today we sell our baked goods and candies in the historic Lewis County Farmers Market in Centralia and the Lacey Community Market located in Huntamer Park, Lacey.  Our Chocolates-2-Go "Fudge in a Cup" is sold exclusively at Oly's Wine and Gift Shop located on the corner of Tower Avenue and Maple Street in downtown Centralia.
